We are very keen to find a copy of this British 60’s proto-Mod classic. It was published at least twice (Hardback 1st Ed. 1961 and Paperback in 1965), but seems to have disappeared off the radar since then.
Drop us a line if you know of a copy anywhere in any variation, any condition. Many thanks.

We have a copy of the very hard to find monumental bit of research by Richard M. Sudhalter fully entitled Lost Chords: White Musicians and their Contribution to Jazz 1915-1945.
890pp of exhaustive, but still highly readable research. This is an OUP paperback first with only minor signs of wear to extremities.
Available from us for £27 inc UK p&p.

I found 2 delightful sketchbooks on Saturday.
Both are full of 30 (sadly unsigned) ink line sketches of the Home Counties in the 1920s and 1930s. A couple of the sketches are here for your perusal. I think you’ll agree that they are certainly of a professional standard.
I’m so excited by this find…they are all, without fail, lovely pictures. I’ve got a list of all the 60 sketches if you are interested, but they are mainly from Oxon, Berkshire, Herts and Kent.
I’ve absolutely no idea how to value this, but drop me a line for a chat if you are interested!

I was lucky enough to find some nice copies of a few of this series at a Book Fair yesterday.
These were No 57. British Seals (1st Ed, 1974); No 58. Hedges (Reprint, 1977); Monograph – The Yellow Wagtail (1st Ed, 1950).
Please contact us if you are interested in any of these, or indeed if you have any New Naturalist editions you wish to sell…this is an area we are always ready to buy in, and we have ready customers waiting for certain volumes.
