Delightful 1920s Sketchbooks

Sketch 1I found 2 delightful sketchbooks on Saturday.

Both are full of 30 (sadly unsigned) ink line sketches of the Home Counties in the 1920s and 1930s.  A couple of the sketches are here for your perusal. I think you’ll agree that they are certainly of a professional standard.

Sketch 2I’m so excited by this find…they are all, without fail, lovely pictures.  I’ve got a list of all the 60 sketches if you are interested, but they are mainly from Oxon, Berkshire, Herts and Kent.

I’ve absolutely no idea how to value this, but drop me a line for a chat if you are interested!
