We are selling a rare 1st state of this wonderful book including the original blue band (that includes the Ellis names) of which only about 150 were produced.

The book was signed and dated by Peter Marren and Robert Gillmor (12 Oct 2009 – signatures obtained by us) and is in unread As New condition.
